Some of your text mining results may be more relevant than others. You can share this data in the form of reports both internally with colleagues, and externally with stakeholders who don't have access to the tool.

Sharing can be done from Focus Recommendations, Dashboards and the Analysis page. These offer you different views of the data. Focus Recommendations allows you to export an executive summary at the push of a button. Dashboards offer visualization through various charts and tables, while the Analysis page offers a view of the data in list form.

You don’t have to worry about contemporaneity, as results will be updated automatically if new data is added to the Organization.

Data can be isolated using Filtersets. You can also share these Filtersets with people outside of your Organization, regardless of whether they have a Keatext subscription or not.

Here’s an example: You launch a food delivery app. The app has price promotions regularly. Customers have mentioned that they have had problems accessing these promotions. At this point you don’t know if it’s a generalized problem with the way the promotions have been released to the customers or if certain customers lack the necessary technical skills to access them. You create a Filterset that isolates the Problems associated with the Tag “promotion” and you share it with the marketing department. As you add more data, each time both yourself and the marketing department view this Filterset the results will be up to date. Over time, you can see if these issues are getting more frequent or staying the same. This will help you both prioritize actions and catch problems before they become a crisis.

You must save the Fiterset before you can share it. Read more about the kinds of filters available in Keatext here.

Sharing a Filterset

Below we have created a Filterset called “Promotion problems” that displays results related to discount issues.

Once your Filterset has been saved, select the “Share” button. Copy the link and send it to those concerned. If you want to stop sharing simply select the “Unshare” button.

Limitations

Think of the shared link as a themed report that always reflects the most up to date information.

The shared link provides you with a filtered view of the data. You will not be able to modify the Filterset, however you can toggle between Comments, Topics and Opinions, open and view related Comments, and create metadata Correlations to see the level of interest over time.
