The Focus Recommendations and Actionable Insights widgets can be used together or separately, but as they are related, we will look at them together.
The Focus Recommendations module uses predictive analytics to highlight the topics you should focus on - the topics that have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction. This can help you prioritize future initiatives.
Using data from sources like NPS or CSAT surveys (any source where a rating scale is paired with an open-ended response), the Focus Recommendations module will identify up to 12 topics and rank the impact of these topics on the associated score. The impact could be positive or negative.
The Focus Recommendations page also includes a GPT-powered summary of the principal findings - the topics that have the greatest negative/positive impact. It summarizes the principal themes related to the topic and gives you suggestions on how to move forward.
For the Focus Recommendations and the Actionable Insights widgets to work the Focus Recommendations module must be enabled on the Sources page.
Configuring the Focus Recommendations and the Actionable Insights widgets is super easy as most of the configuration has already been done when you set up the Focus Recommendations module.
Simply select the +Add widget button at the top of the dashboard and choose the widget from the pop up.
The Focus Recommendations has already been configured on the Sources page so what you see mirrors what you see in the Focus Recommendations module on the chart page.
The left side of the pop up contains the filters panel. If you have more that one Focus Recommendations scenarios set up, you can choose which to display from the Analyzed sources section of the filters panel.
The rest of the filters are the same as in the Focus Recommendations Module itself.
The same holds true for the Actionable Insights widget.
Once your filters are set select Place to add the widget to the dashboard.
