Keatext will be discontinuing Watchlists, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
The Watchlist feature was designed to allow you to isolate and monitor chosen feedback results that are pertinent to you.
Though we will be discontinuing Watchlists, the same functionality will be offered through Filtersets.
Filtersets are already up and running! Filtersets are a combination of filters that can be saved and shared with your team. Soon, like Watchlists, Filtersets will be able to be shared with the general public, even if they don’t have a Keatext subscription.
Those of you who currently have saved Watchlists, we ask you to bear with us. You don’t need to do anything.Your Watchlists will be temporarily disabled, but don’t panic, they will reappear as Filtersets shortly!
