Alchemer is a feedback survey and data collection platform that allows organizations to close the loop with their customers and employees quickly and effectively.

It helps market research, sales operations, HR, and customer success teams find, get, and keep their best customers.

Keatext allows you to integrate directly with Alchemer so you can import data daily.

To integrate with Alchemer go to the sources page and select Integrations and the select Alchemer.

You will now need to enter your Alchemer key and select connect. This link will tell you how to generate your Alchemer key. You will not need to enter this key every time you want to import a survey, just the first time.

Select import data.

Select the survey you would like to import.

Select the metadata you would like to import. You do not see this metadata as questions in the survey itself. Instead, it is the metadata supplied by Alchemer upon the importation of the survey to the Keatext platform - for example, date/time response started.

Select the questions you wish to import. The questions with the squiggly arrow next to them will be the long form textual response questions that are analyzed by the tool. You must select at least one of these questions to import. The questions without the squiggly arrow will be imported as metadata. Metadata is what you use to segment (filter) for data and build graphs with so don’t be she about selecting as many metadata type questions for import as you need.

You can also change the import start date if you want to import starting from before the current date.

Once the data has been imported go to the analysis page and start your analysis!
