Keatext allows you to upload and analyze multiple datasets (sources). Focus Recommendations are set up for each source individually. You can set up more than one scale for each source. You can toggle between datasets and individual questions.

Accessing Source Filters

To access the Source Filters select the Focus Recommendations Filters button at the top left of the workspace. A panel will appear. At the top of the panel, under Analyzed Sources, you will see all of the data sources for which you have set up Focus Recommendations.

Activate Source Filters by clicking the radio button beside each source in the panel.

Segmenting Sources

When you upload a data source, you choose which columns containing unstructured feedback data you wish to analyze. You can set up a single scale or multiple scales for each source. This allows you to see the Focus Recommendations for each question in a survey separately, for example. This will also allow you to see how more than one ranking is affected by a single feedback variable.
