SurveyMonkey is an online survey platform that makes it easy to measure and understand customer feedback. Keatext now supports a direct connection with the SurveyMonkey platform.

To connect, go the to Sources page and select Connect with SurveyMonkey. SurveyMonkey will then ask you to log in. Accept all permissions required.

You will then be taken back to the Sources page. Now, select Add Surveys.

Choose the survey you would like to import. You can also choose from which date to import the data using the calendar.

Once the upload is finished, you can see your surveys on the Homepage and the Analysis page. Check or uncheck the boxes beside the survey question to analyze them separately, together or in any combination you choose.

Each time a new survey response is complete, it will be imported to your Keatext organization.

Click on a Comment and open a Record. You will find all the associated metadata, which include the respondent's answers to all of the survey questions.

To change the start date of data that had been imported, go back to the Sources page, select Edit and choose a new date from the calendar.
