Keatext now offers AI generated reports. AI-generated reports offer significant advantages by being automatically created, which saves time and reduces manual workload—ultimately leading to cost savings for organizations. They improve accuracy by minimizing human error and ensuring consistent, data-driven insights. By removing knowledge barriers, AI-generated reports empower anyone to create professional, high-quality reports without needing to be a data analyst or subject-matter expert, making insights more accessible and decision-making faster and more efficient.
The reports are automatically generated upon the upload of a dataset containing a satisfaction rating or score, like an NPS or a CSAT. The reports are generated using artificial intelligence exclusively from the data contained in the dataset, not from information at large.
Prior to viewing the report move to the the Sources page, select the dataset you want to create a report for, and choose the Satisfaction Field you would like to use to calculate satisfaction, if you have more than one, or if it hasn't been automatically detected. This process would normally be done during the upload, but can be modified any time. If you you modify after you have generated the report, you will have to regenerate the report to see the data calculated with the newly selected Satisfaction Field.
To access Keatext’s AI generated reports select the Reports icon on the left and then select View report.
Generating Reports
Select New report at the top right of the screen and choose the dataset you would like to work with.
You can use the filters along the side to segment the report. For example if you want to look at a particular product or a particular group of products you can set the filters to isolate those. Then generate the report.
The Summary
The report is comprised of multiple sections. At the top you have a summary. This section summarizes the main point from the dataset. It can change from report to report, but will often include key findings, strengths and areas for improvement.
At the bottom of the summary section you will find some key metrics: total number of responses analyzed, number of unique respondents, number of drivers, and the average satisfaction score.
You may be asking yourself what a driver is. This refers to key concepts that drive the satisfaction score up or down.
Satisfaction Drivers Analysis
This section contains information on up to 10 satisfaction drivers.
It is made up of a satisfaction driver analysis chart that shows where a driver sits in relation to its strength of impact and its satisfaction score. This allows you to quickly identify the drivers that are most/least impactful both positively and negatively to the satisfaction score.
Below the chart we have the driver details.
The drives are broken into two sections, the strength and the weaknesses.
Each driver listed contains a short description, and, if you select the arrow a dropdown revealing some verbatims.
We also see:
sentiment of the driver (positive/negative/mixed) - based on the Keatext sentiment score
impact - how much it drives the satisfaction score (eg NPS) up or down
prevalence - the percentage of occurrences
number of respondents - the number of individuals who mentioned it
Actionable Recommendations
This section offers you recommendations to improve customer satisfaction, including both quick wins and strategic initiatives.
The quick wins are high-impact low complexity initiatives that offer immediate results and the strategic initiatives require more time and resources but deliver significant improvement.
Each recommendation is detailed below with a brief explanation.
We also see:
Priority ranking - low to high, helps decide what to do first.
Target - which driver is addressed
Implementation ranking - easy to hard in terms of effort
Expected impact - low through high, level influence on the satisfaction score (NPS or CSAT).
Metrics to watch are also given, this is how we can see if the recommendation is working or not.
Exporting a powerpoint
Click the three dots at the top right of the screen and choose the export option. A powerpoint will be generated for you. You can choose which language you wish to use for the export. This will help with multi-national reporting.
The powerpoint is not the exactly the same as the report you see on the screen, instead the ideas illustrated in the report are displayed in a more presentation-like format.
If you have made some changes for example to do some regrouping to topics or opinions. This may affect the drivers that show up in the strength and weaknesses section. For these changes to show up you will need to regenerate your report. You can do this by selecting the three dots at the right and selecting “Regenerate”.
