QuestionPro is a survey platform that allows you to perform basic surveys to complex research, customer experience and employee engagement. Keatext now supports a direct connection with the QuestionPro platform.
To connect, go the to the Integration section of the Sources page and select the QuestionPro option.
Now enter you customer ID, Choose an Environment, and enter you API key. The environment for your API endpoint depends upon your account's data centre.
Once the connection has been established import your data.
Choose the survey you wish to import and select continue.
Select the metadata you wish to import by check the boxes and selecting continue. This metadata is not the questions in the survey itself. Instead, it is the metadata supplied by QuestionPro upon the importation of the survey to the Keatext platform - for example, device type.
Select the questions you wish to import. The questions with the squiggly arrow next to them will be the long form textual response questions that are analyzed by the tool. You must select at least one of these questions to import.
The questions without the squiggly arrow will be imported as metadata. Metadata is what you use to segment (filter) for data and build graphs with so don’t be she about selecting as many metadata type questions for import as you need.
You can also change the import start date if you want to import starting from before the current date.
Once you dat has been imported go to the Analysis page and start surfacing actionable insights!
